Your Dashboard
After logging in, your dashboard gives you a complete overview of all your group room requests. From here you can track, manage, and respond to hotel proposals.
Viewing Your Requests
Each request you have submitted appears on your dashboard with key details at a glance:
- Destination and dates
- Number of rooms requested
- Number of hotel responses received
- Current status (pending, active, completed, cancelled)
Tracking Hotel Responses
When hotels respond to your RFP, their proposals appear under the corresponding request. You can view all offers side by side, compare rates and terms, and message hotels directly with questions or counteroffers.
Cancelling a Request
If your plans change, you can cancel a request from your dashboard. Simply open the request and click the cancel option. Keep in mind:
- Cancelling a request notifies all hotels that responded
- If you have already booked with a hotel, cancelling the request on groupRooms does not cancel your hotel reservation — contact the hotel directly
- Cancelled requests remain on your dashboard for your records but are no longer active
