How It Works
Instead of calling hotels one by one, you submit a single Request for Proposal (RFP) on groupRooms and multiple hotels respond with their group rates. You can compare offers side by side, negotiate directly, and book when you are ready.
Free for Travelers
groupRooms is completely free for travelers and event organizers. Hotels pay to list their properties on the platform, so there is never a cost to you for searching, comparing, or submitting RFPs.
Seller of Travel Compliance
groupRooms operates as a marketplace connecting travelers with hotels. We currently only do business in the United States, excluding: CA, FL, HI, IA, WA (Seller of Travel requirements). This ensures compliance with state-specific Seller of Travel registration laws.
